Is there a minimum term or contract length?
No! All of our services are month to month. We want you to stay with us for our incredible features, reliable network, excellent service and great pricing, not because you are held hostage by a minimum contract term.
What is included in Unlimited Calling?
Unlimited Calling includes outgoing calls anywhere in the continental United States and Canada, as well as all incoming calls to your Local Phone Numbers.  Usage to inbound Toll-Free Numbers as well as outgoing calls to Alaska, Hawaii, International destinations and special numbers (such as 411) are billed separately.
What kind of Internet connection do I need?
All KeyPBX Hosted Phone System users require a reliable broadband Internet connection to make and receive calls. Each concurrent call requires approximately 100kbps of bandwidth (in both directions).

For example, if your business has a 10 Mbps cable Internet connection, you could theoretically make up to 100 concurrent calls.  Please keep in mind, however, that if your computers will also use this Internet connection, this means that your computes and phones will share Internet bandwidth, reducing this maximum number of concurrent calls.

We recommend that you use a router that is capable of Quality of Service (QoS) configuration, to ensure that your calls are given higher priority than other uses of your Internet bandwidth to ensure the highest possible call quality.

Can I add more users after signing up?
Yes, you can add and remove users at any time after signing up via your account portal. If you add or remove users during your billing cycle, we’ll prorate their charges for the month.
Do you offer a trial or money-back guarantee?
At any time during the first 30 days of service, you can cancel your account if you are unhappy with the service for any reason, and all you’ll pay for are the calls you have made.
